Some important considerations before planning your stay:
Who We Welcome
The Little Stone Cottage is reserved for married couples — one man and one woman, committed for life. We define true marriage as “one woman for one man for life” precluding same-sex and unmarried relationships and also those who are divorced (for any reason) and remarried with a former living spouse.
Just the Two of You
The cottage is designed for two guests only. Nursing babies are welcome; toddlers and children are not the right fit here.
A Few Simple Guidelines
- No pets.
- Need an early check-in or late checkout? Just ask — we’ll do our best to make it work.
Honest Pricing
No cleaning fees. No booking fees. No damage protection add-ons. Only Pennsylvania sales and Lancaster hotel taxes (7.1%) are added at checkout. Please note that we do not do online payments; please text for payment details.

Only PA sales and Lancaster hotel taxes totaling 7.1% are added to
these prices. No cleaning, booking, or damage protection fees. 7-day
rate applies to stays that begin on a weeknight and end on a
weeknight.
Cancellations with more than four weeks notice are 20%. Moving date
is $40.
Cancellations with less than four weeks notice are refundable in part
if re-rented at full price.
