RESERVATION & ACCOMMODATION POLICY
SOME IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS BEFORE PLANNING YOUR STAY

This cottage is reserved for truly married couples. We feel privileged to honor what we believe to be God’s definition of marriage. We define true marriage as “one woman for one man for life” precluding same-sex and unmarried relationships and also those who are divorced (for any reason) and remarried with a former living spouse.

This cottage is suitable for only two people. Nursing babies, no problem! Accommodations are not suitable for toddlers and children.

No Pets.

If early check-in or late check-out is desired, please let us know ahead of time and we will try to accommodate you. Obviously, this is not always possible, but if it is, we'd be happy to accommodate you in that way. We respect the investment of time and resources into your relationship and will accommodate your schedule the best that our schedule allows.

Only PA sales and Lancaster hotel taxes totaling 7.1% are added to pricing below.
2022 RATES FOR THE LITTLE STONE COTTAGE

Please note: Weekends begin on Friday at 4 pm and end on Monday at 11 am.
There is no discount for only staying 2 nights instead of 3 nights; it's the same price.

***A Thursday and Friday night stay is an extra charge of 50.00 for the Friday night and is only available if the Sat through Sunday or Monday is already rented.
· *One night is (normally) available only when the nights on either side are already taken.
Five and six nights is the one-week rate with a slight discount depending on which nights are taken out of the
weekend. Handled case by case! Text and ask about that.
· ** 7-day rate applies to stays that begin and end on a weeknight. For example, Monday-Monday or Friday-Friday. Arriving Saturday would require check-out Friday.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A cancellation with more than four weeks notice is a full refund, minus 20%. Moving a date is $40. Cancellations with less than four weeks notice are refundable in part if re-rented at full price. Handled case by case.

No refund for less than 30-day notice of cancellation or moving unless we can re-rent it at full price.

Sunday check-in? In honor of the Lord's day and our cleaning staff, we avoid Sunday check-ins. Sunday check-in can be arranged by renting Saturday as well. Check with Roman for details.
